What to know
- A quote covers the work listed in it. If the required scope changes, the cost may need to be reviewed.
- Written estimates are valid for 30 days under our service terms; material or fuel cost changes may affect a quote after that period.
- For call-outs, the service terms state that service rates are quoted when the engineer arrives. Ask the team to explain any charge before authorising work.
- We accept payment by Bacs bank transfer and card.
